Effective Date: February 1, 2026 Company Name: LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED
PART I: REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL GOODS)
1. GENERAL POLICY ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS At LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, we provide high-performance Content Management Systems (CMS), software scripts, and proprietary source code. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, where the product is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the physical sense, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the download link or license key has been issued.
2. THE "NON-RETURNABLE" NATURE OF SOURCE CODE Unlike physical hardware or subscription-based SaaS, our products often include access to human-readable source code. Once the User has gained access to this code, it is deemed "consumed" under international digital commerce laws. There is no technical method to ensure that a user has deleted all copies of the source code upon a refund request; therefore, to protect our intellectual property, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding refund requests based on subjective preferences.
3. PRE-PURCHASE RESPONSIBILITY It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to:
- Examine the Live Demo provided on gm391.com.
- Review the full Technical Documentation and feature list.
- Verify System Requirements (e.g., PHP version, MySQL version, required extensions like IonCube or BCMath). Failure to perform due diligence regarding these factors does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REFUND A refund request may only be evaluated under the following highly specific conditions:
- Product Not-as-Described: The delivered software is missing core features explicitly listed in the sales advertisement.
- Major Technical Defect: The software contains a critical bug that prevents its primary function from operating.
- Resolution Period: Before a refund is granted, LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED must be given fourteen (14) business days to rectify the reported issue. If our technical support team successfully patches the software within this timeframe, the refund request will be closed.
5. NON-ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR REFUND Refunds will be explicitly denied for reasons including, but not limited to:
- "I bought this by mistake."
- "I found another software I like better."
- "I do not have the technical skills to install it."
- "My hosting provider does not support the required PHP functions."
- "I want to cancel because I no longer need the project."
6. UNAUTHORIZED DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS We utilize Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing our software, you agree not to file any unauthorized disputes or chargebacks through your credit card issuer or PayPal. We keep detailed logs of downloads, license activations, and IP addresses. Any attempt to commit friendly fraud via chargebacks will result in the immediate permanent suspension of all licenses and the reporting of the User’s details to global fraud prevention databases.
PART II: LEGAL DISCLAIMER
7. "AS-IS" WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The software and services provided by LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the software or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances shall LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of business profits or revenue.
- Loss of data or corruption of database information.
- Business interruption resulting from software downtime.
- Unauthorized access to your server by third-party hackers. Even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the software.
9. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES Our software may rely on third-party APIs (e.g., Google, Gemini, Paddle, Sports Data Providers). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or the discontinuation of these third-party services. If an external API provider changes its terms or ceases operations, LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is not obligated to provide a refund or an alternative solution.
10. SECURITY AND UPDATES While we implement industry-standard security practices, we do not guarantee that the software is 100% invulnerable to all security threats. The Customer is responsible for maintaining their own server security, including SSL certificates, firewall configurations, and regular backups.
11. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the software or service at any time. Updates are provided at our discretion and may require a renewed support subscription or an upgrade fee for major version jumps.
12. GOVERNING LAW This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LIMING OVERSEAS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is incorporated. Any legal action or proceeding related to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
